Designed, built, and operate Chimera and Prescient solo by directing AI coding agents under a formal governance framework, pre-registered validation gates, adversarial verification, full audit trails. 500+ deterministic tests, 20/20 integration validation, 24/7 self-healing operation.
Applied ML entrepreneurship
Founded Dusty Nook, a profitable e-commerce business; architected the ML stack (XGBoost, Prophet, K-Means, Bayesian optimization) that cut SaaS dependency costs 88% and drove +31% YoY sales. CPMAI-framed, Docker/CI-CD on AWS (→ case study).
Telecom platforms & program leadership at scale
50-engineer cross-functional teams across 3 countries, $6M operating budgets, 6,000+ projects at 98% on-time. Built and monetized two generations of an encrypted internal platform: NISMagic at MasTec (Spark SQL analytics, $1M/yr saved, $400K+ ARR, 98% breach-incident reduction) and, after MasTec acquired QuadGen, NISPi in the QuadGen RAN group (encrypted Raspberry Pi field tool on NISMagic’s database, 4h→1h, $2M/yr). Led a field-logistics optimization that lifted trip success 70%→85%.
